The yarn dyeing department has a capacity of 3 tons/day, with the following features  which are essential to secure perfect quality:

a.      Modern pre-dyeing and after dyeing winding machines with splicers and slub catchers to cut on thick & thin places beside cutting contaminated parts of the yarn, also equipped with pre-measuring devices.

b.      Modern hydro extracting equipment, where each cone is held in place to avoid crushing against each other at centrifuging.

c.       High frequency electric dryers so assuring even and controllable degree of drying or humidity.

d.      Modern European dyeing machines.
